W.O. 030Coverage and routing

Where we go, and how long it takes.

Metro St. John's out through the Avalon. Travel time is real and we would rather tell you about it up front than miss a window.

We give a callback window, not a fake exact minute.

01

Core coverage

  • St. John's
  • Mount Pearl
  • Paradise
  • Conception Bay South
  • Torbay
  • Portugal Cove-St. Philip's
02

Extended, with travel

  • Logy Bay
  • Middle Cove
  • Outer Cove
  • Pouch Cove
  • Goulds

We often cover these communities with a travel add-on, depending on how the crew is routed that day. Include your community in the form and staff will confirm coverage when they follow up.

W.O. 031What to expect

Honest arrival windows.

Metro St. John's and Mount Pearl
Often same day or next business day for urgent heat.
Paradise and CBS
Same coverage, usually 30 to 60 minutes more travel.
Freezing rain or blizzard backlog
No-heat goes first. Routine maintenance moves to the next clear window.

W.O. 032Three kinds of house

The work changes with the housing stock.

A downtown row house and a Paradise new build fail in completely different ways. Telling us which one you are in makes the first visit count.

Downtown and Rabbittown

Row houses and older stock

Tight basements, low headroom, and older oil tanks. We carry compact kits for tight access, but liner or chimney work can need scaffolding partners and a second visit. Tell us the ceiling height and whether the furnace sits in a crawl space when you book.

  • Oil furnaces
  • Chimney and liner
  • Crawl space access

Paradise, CBS, and Manuels

Newer subdivisions

Mostly dual-head mini-splits and tankless domestic hot water. The repeat calls here are drainage freezing on outdoor lines and a tripped bathroom GFCI taking out the air handler. Include your subdivision name so routing is faster.

  • Mini-splits
  • Tankless
  • Outdoor drainage

Torbay and Portugal Cove-St. Philip's

Rural and well water

Pressure tanks, switches, and sediment clogging on properties off municipal supply. If the pump cycles every few seconds, that usually points at a waterlogged tank bladder rather than the pump itself.
