Hours, pricing, whether we cover their community, what to check before booking. The same questions the phone gets twenty times a week.
Chat answers from the knowledge base
Only from what the business supplied. It will not invent a price, hold a time slot, or ask for contact details in the conversation.
A ticket opens with the thread attached
When a human is needed the widget opens a short form. Staff pick it up with the whole conversation already there.

Tickets arrive when chat escalates. The visitor fills Contact Support rather than a back-and-forth in chat, so the thread comes attached. Leads from the service form open a ticket when staff reply. Sample data only.

The banner is not decoration.
The strip at the top of every page is derived from the real date, so it never goes stale and never claims a freezing rain warning in July. Four states, all written from the same knowledge base the chat answers from.
- winter · Winter triage
- No-heat calls go first. Routine maintenance is booked into the next clear service window.
- spring · Spring thaw
- Frozen line repairs and sump checks before the melt. Good window for hose bibs and outdoor taps.
- summer · Cooling season
- Heat pump cooling checks are running. Fall inspection slots open for booking shortly.
- fall · Pre-winter inspections
- Inspection slots fill fast after the first cold forecast. Book before the first sustained freeze.
