Plumbing calls

Leaks, frozen lines, drains, and pressure. We repair supply lines, traps, and accessible runs, and we will tell you upfront when a main line needs excavation partners rather than stringing you along.

01

What brings people to us

  • Active leak, or water showing up where it should not be
  • Pipes frozen and nothing coming out of the tap
  • Whole-house pressure dropped
  • One drain backing up, or every fixture backing up at once
  • Toilet that will not stop filling
  • Sump pump silent, or the alarm going off
  • Well pump cycling every few seconds
02

What we actually check

  • Pressure regulators, PRVs, and galvanised scale in older lines
  • Supply lines, traps, and accessible runs for leak source
  • Whether a backup is one fixture or the main line
  • Sump float travel, discharge routing, and backup operation
  • Pressure tank bladder and switch on well systems

Active leak, first two minutes

Shut off the fixture valve, or the house main if you cannot isolate it. Open a lower faucet to relieve pressure. If a pipe is bulging or actively split, shut the main before anything else. Never use an open flame to thaw a line. Then open a ticket with where the water is coming from and whether it is the hot or cold side.
